What can I do to support local Western Australian businesses during the Coronavirus lockdown?
With critical social distancing measures still in place to stop the spread of coronavirus, Western Australia’s bars, restaurants, cafes, pubs and wineries are facing a time of unprecedented struggle.
Many of the venues affected are local businesses; businesses run by families and individuals, who can no longer afford to pay their staff or make ends meet.
Together, we can make a difference.
A relaxation in coronavirus restrictions means dining out is now possible at many WA venues, albeit with a 20-person capacity limit in place. See our updated list of WA restaurant and cafes re-opening for dine in.
Not all venues have been able to re-open in light of the capacity restrictions. Remember that you can continue to support local businesses by ordering from them directly, buying a voucher and sharing #TakeawayForWA to support the hospitality industry. See our list of Western Australian restaurants and cafés offering takeaway and delivery.
