Mike Bennie wants all of us to get fizzical. As the curator of this dedicated sparkling, fizzy, fermented and bubbly drinks bar, he’s encouraging drinkers to drink outside their sparkling beverage comfort zone.
The Let’s Get Fizzical bar will be pouring a selection of carbonated beverages including small-batch kombucha, traditionally brewed ciders and wine from all over Western Australia including a handful of pet-nats, one of the current pin-ups of both the sparkling and natural wine worlds. Haven’t had a pet-nat before? Good, we can’t wait to tell you all about it, plus any of the other drinks the pair will be showcasing.
