Cold brew coffee served on tap that pours and settles just like a Guinness!
We immerse ethically sourced coffee in cold water for 24 hours, before filtering and kegging. No milk or other ingredients are added. Our ‘nitro’ brew is then infused with nitrogen gas to create a black coffee with an amazing caramel colour, creamy taste and super smooth texture.
Cold brewing uses time instead of heat to extract flavour. This avoids altering the chemical composition of the natural oils, fats and solubles found in roasted coffee.
This means less bitterness and acidity while being naturally high in caffeine.
