LS Merchants was created by winemaker Dylan Arvidson while working under Mark Messenger at Juniper Estate. Dylan was eager to put his own stamp on something so he started experimenting with some of the lesser-known varieties from the South West and officially launched LS Merchants in 2015.
Today we make almost 20 different wines varieties and styles. All made with minimal intervention, wild fermentation where possible and a lot of experimentation; the former to express the varietal characteristics, the latter to push the boundaries of conventional winemaking and make interesting, thought provoking wines.
Production is very small, usually consisting of 2-3 barrels per wine so please get in contact to see what we are currently offering or find us at the Gourmet Village!
