Each year we invite West Australian businesses to take an active part in shaping the Western Australia Gourmet Escape program through innovative and diverse Fringe events that showcase WA’s premium produce, wine, culinary personalities and tourism destinations.

We will be increasing the level of support and prominence of our Fringe Event program and we encourage the very best of WA’s operators to curate one-off Fringe Events to feature within the official Festival program which will take place throughout November 2022.
